"My one major problem is the additional car parking fee that got applied after the booking took place. Surely (as airport transfer providers) this should not have been a surprise to you. This should be included within the price when booking. I made my decision to book based on the price quoted, which then was £15 more (£7 + £8) I may have gone by train or driven myself and parked had I known the true costs."
