"Booking over the internet was easy although I’m not happy about the £1.50 SMS charge being automatically applied simply because I didn’t spot the check box. The driver was on time, courteous and helpful and the vehicle was exactly as required. I am less satisfied with the process for amending the booking: 1. The instructions seemed clear but were confusing to follow 2. The helpline number is not available 24 hours so is not fit for purpose in my opinion 3. The confirmation of the amendment to the booking came through after the cancelled taxi was due so I didn’t know whether it had been processed successfully"
